And aluminum is definitely toxic to our bodies!
Dr. Chris Exley, PhD says the increasing incidence of neurological disease, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, MS, and learning disorders including autism, corresponds with the popularity and use of aluminum.
How are we exposed to aluminum toxicity?
It’s everywhere! A lot we’re aware of such as foil, juice pouches, drink cans, and some pots and pans and other cookware. But some we’re not so aware of, including:
- Cosmetics
- Sunscreen
- Antiperspirants
- Cigarette smoke
- Working in the aluminum industry
And one biggie—all vaccines.
And this presents an even worse scenario. The aluminum toxicity goes directly into the blood, because of the mode of injection–and then on to the heart and brain.
As small babies, our children are injected with a plethora of vaccines, with more as they get older—-just so they can go to school. Just think of all the aluminum toxicity accumulating after that, along with the toxicity from the sunscreen they’re slathered with during the summer months. And add to that the aluminum they get from cookware used either at home or school, or maybe second hand smoke from an adult close to them. It’s mind boggling…….
Harmless?
Believe it or not, there are those who claim aluminum is harmless. While it IS the most abundant metal on the earth, it’s certainly not the least bit harmless. Well, it might have been harmless—before it was discovered to be useful, and then mined for profit.
Aluminum does a number on our brains! And it comes from all directions. It’s not just coincidence that neurological diseases have been on the rise since aluminum has been popularized for so many uses. Most of us, if not all, know children with autism, or an adult with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s.
Can anything be done about aluminum toxicity?
There’s another mineral that works to get aluminum out of the body—including the brain. And it’s also very abundant—silica—in the form of silicic acid, or oxygenated silica. Silicic acid is a good, bio-available method to get silica through the digestive system and into the blood. From there the silica goes into the brain and other organs, binding to the aluminum, and carrying that aluminum right out of the body through urination.
Dr. Chris Exley, at the 2011 Vaccine Safety Conference, spoke of excellent results using silica with children dealing with autism spectrum disorders or other neurological problems due to vaccinations.
Dr. Exley’s success came with the use of Spritzer, a mineral water found overseas. And he also used this same water on 15 Alzheimer’s patient. They consumed the water for 13 weeks, drinking one liter per day.
The levels of aluminum toxicity in this test were lowered between 50 and 70 percent in all patients included in the test. Of that group, eight patients discontinued deterioration, and three patients showed real improvement in cognitive tests.
It’s a known fact that coconut oil can reverse Alzheimer’s better, but Dr. Exley’s tests showed the right mineral water can get rid of aluminum toxicity to help prevent the onset of the disease.
Where can mineral water with silicic acid be found in the US?
In the USA, the brands most akin to Spritzer, and that can overcome the blood-brain barrier, include Volvic and Fiji. And the better of the two, with the most silicic acid is Fiji. Not only is it the best, but it’s also the least expensive. It can be found at most grocery stores, including Walmart.
And no, I don’t own stock in Fiji, nor does anyone I know work for them!
Another plus to consider—Fiji Water bottles have no BPA, or any similar evil chemicals.
Dr. Exley recommends drinking a 1.5 liter bottle of the mineral water per day, for at least five days. If you suspect your aluminum toxicity is especially high, more days should be added. He also says to drink the whole bottle within one hour. That’s the best method for detoxing the brain of aluminum.
Other ways to detox aluminum include:
- Melatonin—Melatonin has been shown to suppress the effect of aluminum in the brain. It has a metal binding ability. Supplementing with melatonin helps suppress the oxidative activity in the brain.
- Turmeric or Curcumin—this wonder spice can decrease beta-amyloid plaques present in Alzheimer’s patient’s brains. It chelates metals, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
- Anything that raises glutathione—such as raw fruits and vegatables, especially avocado, cantaloupe, tomato, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, okra, strawberries, grapefruit, and asparagus, among others.
Be sure to check with your doctor before using any of these methods to get rid of aluminum toxicity. He/she should be informed, and may advise.
If Alzheimer’s is a concern, or you know or suspect the early onset of the disease, combining silicic acid mineral water with coconut oil could very likely stop the progression, or even totally reverse the disease after symptoms appear. It’s certainly worth a try!
If you do go on a silicic acid regimen, make sure you consume plenty of water, and you get adequate levels of vitamin B1 and potassium, as these might be leached out with the aluminum. Outside of that, the mineral water is perfectly safe.
If aluminum toxicity is a concern, or you have a history of using aluminum cookware, antiperspirants, and sunscreen, find some Fiji Water, add turmeric to your diet, supplement with melatonin and eat some raw fruits and veggies— and flush that aluminum out of your body!
